Marketplace language?

I recently purchased a Lumia 521 for my mom from Amazon, and all is well, but I am having an issue with the currency in the marketplace. I'm in the U.S and the app store is in English, but the currency is from a different country(I believe it's an Arabic country). How do I fix this?

Go to Settings->Language+Region->Make sure Regional Format is correct US States English

Go to settings,then language+region and adjust regional format as you want.
