My me tile looks fuzzy

It will be only high resolution if your facebook profile is attached to your phone. High res images are only used from facebook. Other images (from twitter,linkedin etc.. are not used as high res.)

I hope you can try this.

My me tile looks fuzzy

Instead of simultaneously updating your display pic (me tile pic) using your Windows Phone, first update your pic in your Microsoft/Hotmail/Outlook account, wait for it to change your Me tile with a fuzzy version, then update your Facebook DP with the same pic and your Me tile should become "clear" like you would expect.

All this is dependent on if you actually want your Microsoft and Facebook DP's to be the same, of course
