Media controls for Spotify and other media apps

Is there any way to get media controls in the notification center for Spotify and other media apps or is this not possible yet?

I'm not sure what you're after here. Why would you want media controls in the Notification Center? The media control box is already available when you play media. All you need to do is press on of the volume keys when the phone is unlocked.

IOS and Android have media in their notification bar and it just makes sense to have it. As opposed to listening to media, loading instagram and hitting the volume turns down the video volume not the media volume. And being able to adjust the volume or skip a song while reading notifications without the controls disappearing and having to press the volume again and again.

Maybe next major update. Keep in mind that WP is just getting on par with Android and iOS, which update on regularly.
