Memory card Slot not working

Hi,
I purchased lumia 720 in december 2013, from last 3 months memory card slot is not working, i done all basic troubleshooting but still its not working, i gave my mobile in nokia care people are saying its 50-50 chances. and volume down button also not working, after updating to cyan sometimes my phone hanging its irritating a lot. can you suggest me how solve this problem.
