In the Message Hub of Windows Phone 8, I can attach anything to an SMS messsage. If I choose "Online" messaging, I can only attach my position. In order to send a photo or other attachment, I have to use the Microsoft Facebook app or the Facebook Messenger app. With family and friends on one continent and me on another, this has always been a disapointment. Why has it always been this way? Has this been addressed on the 8.1 update? if it hasn't, I have to wonder why not? Is it a Facebook issue or a Microsoft issue that they didn't make attachments available for both online and SMS chat?
