Messaging Sounds

Yesterday I recieved a new Lumia 950 as a warrenty replacement after I started having issues with the power button. When I turned on the new phone and got it restored, I discovered that it was also downloading the new update.

The problem I'm having now is that I can't locate a way to change the sounds in Messaging. I assume that it's supposed to be listed either under sounds (where I can change my ringtone) or under Notification & Actions, where I can change the tones for a number of other apps, but Messaging is not listed.

Am I missing something or is there a glitch?

Are you entirely sure it's not under Notifications & Actions? I have the last update installed and I can see Messaging there. If you can't find it under Notifications and actions, I think you should try to restart the phone and check it again.

I just double-checked and the alphabetical list jumps from Gadgets to Microsoft Edge. There's no sign of Messaging on it at all. I tried restarting it and have the same list.

I've found that I don't have access to change the messaging sounds (or any sounds) until after I receive a text message (or email etc...). Once I receive a text message (after factory/or hard reset) the option to change the sound is now available .... a bit odd behavior in my opinion. (Lumia 950 DS)

I just got a text message and it made a sound (I assume the default, I haven't heard it in some time) but still don't see a setting to change it. I also discovered my visual voicemail wasn't set up until I called myself and left a message, then it popped up. Any other suggestions? This is just a really odd glitch.
