Metro apps under proxy server

Anyone know how to run metro ui apps under proxy server in windows 10?

Most of the UWP work for me but the old Windows 8/8.1 apps don't. What really irks me the most is the facebook and messenger apps not working (new). Of the old apps, Wolfram alpha is my greatest complaint. Anyone with a solution?
