Incoming calls, on the other line can't hear me. This happened to my other surround too. What's the problem? Can I fix it? (The other one was my first phone actually, this is my mother's -mine now, it was the 2 for 1 deal)

Apparently I'm not the only one having this problem...
Also, the 3 buttons freeze up along with the screen. Ugh...
