I know its a tough decision. I grabbed one I like the slim and light profile of the phone vs the massive 640XL

Actually, let me add 2 more cents...

The screen is gorgeous. It's not super-over-saturated and the Color Profile tweaks make it easy to set up for your eyes. For OLED this surprises me how well it does in direct and bright sunlight.

The 8MP shooter takes some nice snaps.

I've been driving it daily since Cricket first put it on sale (and I do mean the very first day). Overall I prefer it to the 640 and I loved that phone.

Caveat: the battery is small. Heavy users might have an issue getting through a whole day.

I already own a 640 so I didn't think a 650 would be necessary for me. I walked into an MS store on Saturday to look at the 950 and 950 XL but thought I didn't want to spend that much money on those.

Looked at the 650 and it just felt right in my hands, plus like RumoredNow said the screen is great considering it's a $100 phone. Got home and ordered a screen protector along with a Mozo Glam case for it.
