Microsoft Band 2 Australian Release

Does anyone have any info on the release of the Microsoft Band 2 in Australia? Any hints as to timeframes or pricing?

The website mentions nothing, and someone asked on the Sydney store FB page, and the answer was pretty much that they have no info at this stage.

I'll just get one when I'm in the US next year like I did with the Band 1 this year

What annoys me is the absolute silence on this question.
Can't get any info from anyone about when an announcement might be made, let alone an availability date. It shouldn't be a state secret.
They have said they are going to release it worldwide, so why don't they tell us when this is going to happen?
Can only think that their international marketing department is run by incompetent idiots who can't think outside the 52 states box (or however many there are this week).

Me too. If they are going to be selling this in Australia in the next 3 months then I imagine they would have to have planning underway and a rough target date. Even if they told us it was coming 'in December, date TBA' or whatever. And if they haven't started planning then they can tell us that too.

I'm starting to wonder about those too. At least they're on the store website but no pre-orders yet. I wouldn't be surprised if they only starting shipping next year. Disappointed, but not surprised.
