Microsoft Band 2 gets an app design guideline document and updated SDK

The Microsoft Band 2 is scheduled to officially go on sale October 30, but Microsoft wants to help developers make apps that will work with the upcoming fitness wearable with a design document and an updated SDK that supports the Band 2.
