Microsoft Band and M8

Is anyone else using both the HTC One M8 with Windows Phone and the Microsoft Band?

It is mostly working, but for whatever reason, when I get a phone call the Band will usually show the phone number not the contact. If the phone screen is on it will show the contact, if it's off it's about 80% that it will just show the number.

Does anyone else have this issue, or not have the issue with these devices?

Any suggestions?

So far I've tried:

Every possible option toggled in lock screen, notification center and contacts.

Factory reset.

Installing dev preview.

Factory reset.

Band reset, factory reset, unregistering and reregistering.

All to no avail.

Band support had no clue, but did say it should show name. They directed me to Windows Phone support.

Also, I noticed the band did show the name once when my phone was locked in my pocket yesterday, so it's apparently not related to screen... and just random.
