Are there any training materials (books, videos, guides) for the Microsoft Band? Something that takes you through the device end-to-end, as well as as all the applicable software, applications, configurations, integration points, etc.?

I just got one and would like to start learning about what it can do, and how to do it!

I'm not aware of any official materials from Microsoft. However, there's this cool site on the Interwebs called WindowsCentral that has provided a lot of material about the Band. Here's some examples:

If you use Paul's guide, keep in mind he doesn't like the Band much and thinks it does too much, is too complicated and might knock you unconscious when you wear it at night.
