Microsoft Edge gets a little more dark mode flair

• This build brings a few new features, including more dark mode flair.
• The update is rolling out now as version 86.0.608.2.

Another new Microsoft Edge Dev channel build is rolling out to Insider testers this week. There are a few new features in this build, including some more dark mode love. There's also the usual smattering of bug fixes and improvements to check out.
