Microsoft has taken the first steps to giving us a mobile payment system

So I saw a article earlier today that talked about this, but I can't seem to find it now, so oh well... I was able to find the source though

According to this link, Microsoft (or more accurately, one of their subsidiaries) has been granted a license to be allowed to handle money(paraphrasing). So far its just in Idaho, but I would assume they applied for this license in all 50 states. Finally they're taking action instead of just talking!
