Microsoft Health app picks up small update for Windows Phone

Microsoft Band and Band 2 owners will want to head to the Store to grab the latest update to the Microsoft Health app. Version 2.3.20408 is out bumping up from the earlier 2.3.20329 (it's version 1.3.x for 8.1 users).

No new features are likely included with this update or at least that we can spot right away. Instead, this is likely a bug fixing update to go along with the new social features, custom notifications and more introduced over the last few weeks.
