So, probably most of you doesn't know or care about Latin America, but for those who lived here or someone who just care, does anybody know anything about Microsoft in Latin America? Because at least in my country Microsoft is doing nothing, almost no Xbox, most of the console are play station and most of the people hate Xbox for some reason, the windows store doesn't have music or TV or movies, we don't have any video app on the Xbox store, just YouTube and Netflix. Microsoft doesn't sale surface, windows phone ( mobile ), band and we don't have any windows store, but I don't know if it just my country or all Latin America. Somebody know if Microsoft has plans for coming in here? I remember a tie when a lot of people has x20 series phone, but suddenly it all stop, and no carrier sale windows phone now, And the only tablets that came are Alcatel or something like that.

This is seen in most parts of the world and not just Latin America. African countries only know of Microsoft as the MS office and windows provider and not much else.

Surface devices are being sold in a selected few countries, mostly in North America and Europe. Same goes for band, new lumia 950 and other devices. Software is far easier to sell internationally than hardware as there are different import costs for countries and different taxes and currency rates.

So for the time being, we'll just have to wait and see.

The thing is that microsoft wants a unify windows 10, but I don't see how can they do that if we can't get any of the products for a unify strategy, windows 10 is just like any other windows for us, that's why so many people don't like windows 10
