Microsoft Lumia 535 3G network problem

Pls can anyone help with how to solve the problem of having my other sim locked whenever I choose to 'always use 3G' on the other sim in the network+ settings. Is it not possible to force 3G network on both sim?

No u only Have one sim running 3g or in fact any data connection at once. That's why Lumia asks for data connection sim!

This should not happen. Are smart dual sim settings on? What is it setting state?? Make sure it is on both ways. Try restarting phone and re-inserting sim. If none helps, try using only one sim.. Insert the sim from which you wanna make calls, to check if sim is not faulty.
