Microsoft Lumia 640, why is the bottom half of the screen unresponsive?

Bottom half of screen is unresponsive.

Have you tried hard reseting your device using the volume+power keys?

1.Press and hold Volume down + Power keys until you feel the vibration
2.When it vibrates release the buttons, and then quickly press and hold Volume down until you get exclamation mark
3.Once it appears release the button and then follow the combination: Volume up + Volume down + Power + Volume down

Now your phone should start rebooting and doing it's reseting stuff.

If this doesn't help then i'd recomend taking it to the store so you can get it fixed there.
