When I am using my smartphone for browsing in internet my browser suddenly closed by itself. and again and again.... what is the problem with edge browser?

It could be memory allocation due to a 'feature' of Edge opening as many tabs as it can. Try closing opened tabs and background apps (long-press of back key).

On several latest builds Edge is simply bad. Before it didn't try to open new tabs in background, while now it tries to do exactly that. But in a bad way. Once I open more than four tabs it tries to reload everything over and over again. The only solution would be closing Edge, and opening it again, so it would forget these previously opened tabs. For some reason it needs so much RAM that these 1GB of RAM isn't enough for it.

So I believe that you're also having difficulties because of this bad use of RAM.

Also, after some time I even need to restart the phone because by the time it becomes capable of opening less and less tabs at the same time.

Apparently Microsoft doesn't care about these cheap phones, while it is them who sold Lumia 650 for the same money by which you could have bought a 2GB RAM Android with much better chipset. I wouldn't mind though if they showed an effort to make the OS work as good as possible in these cheap devices, but instead they decided to make their browser more demanding.
