Microsoft Mobile Oy - The Journey Begins from . . . ???

As the deal would be closed by this month end <April 2014>, it seems like Microsoft is busy setting up things @ Finaland. In an email notification on Privacy/Data Protection Terms Info from Nokia, it refers to the newly registered Finiish entitiy - Microsoft Mobile Oy, Keilaranta 7, 02150 Espoo, Finland, a subsidiary of Microsoft Corp. Nice to see that Microsoft Corp chose Finland as its base.

PS: I wonder what does Oy or Oyj refers to. I guess that it would be related to the similar ones in other countries, Eg. PTE in Singapore, PTY in Australia, PVT in India etc. But what is it Oy/Oyj abbrevated for....

[Update] Oy - Osakeyhti?, Public Stock Company in Finland.

Oy/Oyj is the Finnish equivalent of Ltd.
I just hope they don't imprint that on the phones though. I don't know how I would feel looking at my phone and reading Microsoft Mobile Oy.
