Microsoft news app gone!!

News app was grayed out so I uninstalled it now its gone from the store any help?

I was only able to update the Weather app on my 8.1 phones by uninstalling it first. The News app won't finish installing at all even after uninstalling it first. I get an 'Attention required' message with an error code. Since it's the same on both phones, I also assume the problem is on their end.

The News app just installed, but the main story and headlines say there is no network connection. Everything else seems to load correctly.

Another app still doesn't install.

UPDATE: The main story and headline bug is only on the phone I just reinstalled the app on. The apps on our other phone and PCs work fine.

I can't install it on a brand new 630. It tries to install but fails. It's been like this since yesterday.
