I'm not really sure what you are asking. If you want your Office 365 account on your phone, go to Settings, Accounts, Add Account, and add an Outlook account. All you have to do is put in your email address and password.

Its a school email I want it integrated with my phone but when I input my username and password it says information is wrong.

The screenshot you are showing is from the Webmail. That is different than an email account on your phone. If it's an Office365/Exchange account, you should be able to login from the Internet on a computer. If that works, try logging in on IE on the phone. Then try adding the account as an email account. All of those should work with the same email and password. If not, your network admin may have the settings for mobile devices disabled in the account.
