Moving Windows under "Web and Advertising at Microsoft" even though temporary, really shows where their priority was with Windows.

Glad they're moving it back with Surface/hardware. Hopefully Pavan will have a bigger voice when it comes to hardware innovation and unique Windows software features that work hand-in-hand with Surface. Unfortunately, shareholders have the loudest say, but hopefully Pavan can convince them to make Surface what most of us loved about them in the first place. We'll see!
