"Since Apple has a robust ecosystem that includes smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops..."

Since Microsoft does NOT have a robust ecosystem that includes smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops, why do you continue to cling to Microsoft? Get a Mac, an iPad and an iPhone. You will never again worry about what MS is doing. Or not doing, as is more often the case.

You don't HAVE to be "So Jealous".

MS is a business products company. It will never be a consumer products company. Nothing wrong with that. MS is doing fine.

I gave up on Windows phones in 2017. And I had several: a 920, the big 1520 and an Icon. Still have them, in fact. They are totally useless now.

Then I got an iPhone 8+. My first thought was "This is so nice, what took me so long to dump Windows?" I then got iPads and a Used Mac Mini. Now I have an Arm MacBook Pro and an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I run Windows 11 Pro Arm on the laptop in a VM when I need Windows. Which BTW is less and less as time goes by.

I no longer worry about what MS is doing. Or not doing.

And how is this better than right-clicking on the application icon in the task bar and opening your most recent file from the pop-up list?

Seems to be a lot of Mac envy around here lately, but I understand. MS is LUCKY Apple is so stubborn and refuses to port MacOS to the iPad Pro - otherwise that MacPad and the MacBook Air would put the entire Surface line out of business...
