A new Microsoft patent provides a look at how touch capabilities could be added to the Surface Pen's retention clip.

A patent recently granted to Microsoft points to an interesting new set of touch capabilities for the Surface Pen.

Maybe they should fix the issues they introduced with RS3 first. The changes basically turned the pen into a finger that supports pressure sensitivity. For something called a "Creator's Update" it handicaps anyone who uses Photoshop on their Surface devices. :eck:
