Microsoft photos plug-in update stuck, how can I fix it?

microsoft photos plugi-in update stuck

i have update for app called "Microsoft Photos Plug-in" in windows 10 mobile store's , it's stuck and can't finish the update.
always says "error see details" ... it's like this for about month and never updateing

did you tap on the "see error details"?

it'll either give you an error message OR ask if it's ok to install on local memory instead of the SD card (if you have one)

If it mentions that it needs to install on local memory l probably need to go into the storage settings and move it off of the SD card manually, then check for updates and try again.

when i tap "see error details" it's showing nothing and restart updating
btw i forgot to say that my phone is lumia 1520

Go to your Settings > System > Storage > Device > Apps
Find "Lumia Moments" on the list and uninstall it.

Go to Store app, recheck for updates and try to install again.
