Microsoft pushes Windows 10 build 10049 with Project Spartan to fast ring users

Microsoft has announced that a new Windows 10 build is rolling out to fast ring users that includes the much-anticipated Project Spartan.
Bumping up to build number 10049, the new build finally brings the Project Spartan browser to the Windows 10 Technical Preview, along with a number of bug fixes.
