Microsoft recycle for rewards

I'd like to hear from anyone that has traded in any devices to Microsoft under this program. I'm wanting to get my daughter a new Windows phone and I have a working iPhone 4S that I don't need. Are they offering decent $$ on trade? I can't get a quote over the phone and I hate to drive all the way there if they're going to offer $25 When I could likely get $100+ on ebay.
