I am looking to add an additional display to my Microsoft Surface Go 2. The setup I have tried using is:
- in the USB-C port, I have a UBSB-C to USB-A converter.
- in that converter I have a USB-A multi dock (which I use for my mouse and keyboard). I have also just bought a USB-A to HDMI converter.
- the hdmi is connected to this converter and then to the external monitor.
The surface go isn’t detecting the device. I have also tried removing he multi dock from the chain (so the HDMI converter is being connected directly to the USB-C to A converter) but still not working.
Any advice?
