Microsoft Surface Tablet Pro 2 Vibration and associated humming

First post so bear with me My Pro 2 often vibrates and gets hot. Highly audible annoying sound accompanies this. Put my hand around the left hand side and touch the rear one can feel the vibration. Also runs hot while this is going on Any ideas please ?

I think a recording might go a lot farther and if you can pinpoint the source that would help as well.

Just from the information provided though, my gut tells me a bad fan bearing which warrants repair. (or in the case of the Surface lineup and its difficulty of repair; replacement)

hello everyone. my was givin a surface pro 3 for free. but when i turn it out it goes straight to the bois black screen. what do i need to do? please help.

it also ask for a admin password and which neither of us know. i know i need to download windows 10 on to usb but dont know how to go about it.
