microsoft, when will u be releasing windows10 mobile OTA updates to older phones??

Hey, microsoft I'm die hard of microsoft, I've updated to wp8.1..... It's good but now we want windows 10 mobile update......so when u going to release? This month end or 2016 end......some people sayin WP is dead.....are u proving that? So plz release asap...if u release sooner, we can grab sooner update & OS market grows.....if u late, u know already.....so its fan request, plz release asap public release....
