Microsoft wants to change the way to record, store and experience what it's calling "digital memories," according to new job listings posted by the company.

I am definitely very curious what they are up to. Current stuf around is not that great. What I miss the most, whether it be OneDrive or Google Photos is retrieving photos from their position on a map. There is nothing new to this and I feel to understand why this is not implemented in a consumer product yet.
Also, curious if they will somehow pick up on their Photosynth again.
Of course it should completely support VR/AR/MR with spatial audio and so on, not to forget legacy material and formats that people already have.
