Microsoft's Windows Phone Twitter and Facebook sites are now under the Lumia brand

As promised a few days ago, Microsoft has now transitioned their official Windows Phone Facebook and Twitter accounts so they now appear under the Microsoft Lumia and Lumia brand names, respectively. The Facebook pages were changed on Thursday but the Twitter account switched over earlier this morning.
