MMS issues with the Focus 2

I recently bought the phone and I really like it. The only issue I have with it is MMS. The phone can't send or receive MMS. Can anybody help me out with this? Thanks.

Did they give you a new LTE Sim? I'm not an expert on this but if you used an existing SIM there may be an issue. Might want to talk to someone at a store.

Yup, I got a new micro SIM for the phone.

I also have a Samsung Focus 2. My carrier is H20 wireless. I cannot send or receive MMS. I downloaded Wireless Manager from the Samsung Marketplace. I've spent all day inputting options that I've found via online searches. No success. Can anybody help?
