MMS / SMS split with my phone number listed extra times (AirVoice issue?)

I recently switched back to using my Lumia 920 on Airvoice Wireless. One of my SMS threads started anew as if my phone number had changed. Additionally, when my friends mass SMS/MMS me, my phone number is listed separated as a recipient, and if I reply, I get copied on the message and get my reply, too!

Is this issue unique to the Lumia 920? Unique to Airvoice? Or an issue with this update?
