It is Microsoft/AT&T. The hardware supports it though.

I'm on Verizon and from what I understand they are going to use Isis for mobile NFC payments. I think Isis is being tested in a couple of cities in the US. I can't wait because I want to try out mobile payments with my phone.

But when will we have a system that supports all countries like furtomo which also allows in app purchases but thier system is not apart of wallet so it doesn't help companies like them should have the ability to integrate into Windows phone 8. !!!!!!

The only carrier from my knowledge using NFC Payments is Orange France who are testing it out so im assuming we will get it on EE once its ready in the UK.
