Mobile site scrolling issue

The mobile site will literally have the scrolling lock when ads are on in some situations. I tried this on chrome and Samsung's browser to confirm. When I turned adblocker on, the issue goes away. The link is a video to show you the issue on both browsers and then the result without ads.

Is Windows Central staff (those that work on the site) not reading this section anymore? Seems like the most recent threads don't have replies from people that can actually make changes or speak to the issues intelligently.
