Modern Apps Won't Open after installing Office 365 and Visual Studio 2013

After the next restart from installing Office 365 and Visual Studio 2013, no modern apps will open anymore.

Apps now look like this in the start menu: modern apps.png

And when you try to open a modern app... you get this: explorer error.png
