Is modern IE fixed in windows 10?
I have a Surface RT 2 an the modern IE is useless...
Every time I browse or swipe back it uses about 10 sec. to update the site.
All the ads are being updated as well.
This is ridiculous specially when you are on a mobile data.

I use ie11 on my Lumia 2520 daily and you guys have done an amazing job overall.. love the smooth scroll, efficiency, built in ad block, and the ux in general so thank you!

I do have a few suggestions which I also left in the feedback app.

1. Video playback in the background as an option. I understand that it will hit my battery life, but please let me decide if I want to do that or not. If I am playing a video or music (Pandora or whatever) I would like it to continue playing even after I minimize ie. The desktop version does this without a problem. In fact, even if I lock the device.. but that might be too much to ask.

2. Option to disable the auto refresh when you go back to a previous page. Super annoying.

3. Please keep the easy list integration in ie12. Its the most elegant ad block solution out there.
