Moga Pro Power Controller question

Is the moga pro power series controller have the Bluetooth spec? I know the normal moga pro has it, but the moga pro power series was released after the moga pro. I think that is should have the Bluetooth spec, but I do not know. I bought the moga pro power series controller and it works but do not know whether it is optimized for windows phone.
