Move contacts from Windows 8 phone to pc (outlook mail is blocked)

Hi to all,

how can i move my contacts from windows phone 8 (nokia lumia 510) to my pc?

the issue is that my outlook mail account has been blocked, meaning that i cannot cannot even download any appropriate app from windows store to do this.

Then you cant. Unblock outlook, contact support.
