Moving and arranging icons?

I have a T-Mobile HTC HD2 with WinMo 6.53 and need to know if it is possible to move icons in the main view (Start menu) to various folders? I have some installed games and apps that I want to organize to specific folders....like the installed games going to the "Games" folder.
