Moving away from W95 32 bit

Hi all,

This is a strange question today, but I have an old W95 32 bit machine running under vmware.

And the host machines has lot of cores, GB of memory and terabite of SSD.

So, I'd like to move toward a newer OS like Win10 or Win11 (always under VMware)

The only problem is that I have installed things that I need to migrate: it's impossible to reinstall them.

Which is the best way to proceed to reach the goal?

What I did cause I like Windows XP is purchase another computer with either Windows 10 or 12.
