Sorry, buddy. I don't think so. But you could try visiting a Microsoft Priority Store. The one where I bough my 950 from said they may be getting a batch of Mozo cases. I could be wrong, but couldn't hurt to check, right?
Also, I'd suggest you try these two things.
1) Check with your bank if your debit card can make international transactions. If not, try getting it activated. While MobileFun has an India-specific portal, it is still an international website. So maybe this is the issue.
2) Write to MobileFun customer care. Ask them about alternative methods of payment. Like Paypal or something. They're very prompt and helpful in their replies. That has bn my experience.
