MS Edge won't start

Hi all,

have a problem with this browser - somehow it stopped working.
I tried many solutions but nothing of them helped me.


The icon sometimes is visible and sometimes disappear.
When I click on it, it jumps grey window for 2sec and immediately falls down.

In event-viewer stays error 0xc0000409.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Hi Mark,

thanks for reply, but the only solution for me was doing the repair-installation with ISO. I kept docs/settings and after this Edge started perfectly. I tried many methods before, but any of them helped me.
