MS Podcasts is horrendous

I've been using the Podcast for since 8.1 was released. Is it just me or is this app HORRENDOUS?(!) Stopping and resuming bugs, "opening" bugs. The most common one Is when it has the pause symbol and acts as if it was playing. its a 50/50 shot every time I load the program up! If they fix this by the time they officially release 8.1 that is A-Okay. If not then it will really show they are not committed to their shoddy apps. Really disappointed, MS.

Are there anymore having these same issues?

I don't have any of these issues. And I listen to a ton of podcasts. Honestly, I think that most of the MS apps have great resume built into them. To bad every app doesn't resume as well as theirs.

Any luck with this Stephen? I experience the same thing. I'll listen to part of a podcast on the way in to work, pull the same podcast back up after work, hit play and it starts all over. Frustrates me to no end

I too have issues with it properly resuming. It's always buggy, and usually starts from the beginning or from a section I already listened to.

So I did a soft-reset, and it put my podcast back to start, but otherwise, I was able to go a day and it was there at the end of the night. Sees a reset puts it back every time.
