MS Surface 2 (RT) alternatives (tablets only)

So just to be clear I am only interested in tablets, not hybrids or anything with extra bulk etc, if theres a hybrid that does have same kind of form factors, same or better specs etc then maybe Id be interested.
So before I pre-order my Surface 2, any recommendations? Wait for Nokia, only thing is I need to buy something before October 30th, I can claim almost 50% back at work

Aside from the two RT tablets, you may like one of the upcoming Bay Trail tablets.
