MS Tour Tracker app-but not for Windows

Watching the Tour of California bike race. The ticker across the bottom showing that you can download an MS app for all the latest race news etc. Great idea. Except for only for "iPhone, iPad and Android devices" only! Really, MS, really? Not even for Win10 PC let alone W10M? Not even for the supposed millions of Surfaces out there-the so-called category of device you created? Un frickin believable. How stupid can you be?
