multiple excel files

Is there anyway to open multiple excel files in continuum or windows phone so I can go back and forth between the files? Everytime I open a excel file it just opens it over my previous one.

You're using continuum so I guess a keyboard is involved? If so, try using 'ctrl tab'. Hopefully this will help to cycle through the files you have opened.

Well that didn't seem to work but I think it's because only one excel file is being opened at a time which kind of sucks.

That is a request that is mentioned many times in the feedback hub.
Multiple Excel sheets or even word docs is still not possible on Windows phone/mobile.
Do a search in the feedback hub and upvote similar feedback entries.

this is the single biggest issue with the UWP in general, a single instance of each app only.
